What is an Energy Session?

Each of us is composed of energy. In fact, everything in the universe is composed of energy. Vibrations are sent out from that energy continuously and it is always in motion, either moving as a positive vibration or a negative one. Once energy is formed it cannot be destroyed.

Energy flows through you at every moment of your life, but things can get in the way of that flow and form blocks. These blocks can occur anywhere in the body, heart, mind or spirit, and disrupt the flow of energy. Disease is simply the blockage of energy flow, usually based from negative emotions and beliefs.

An energy session works through the energy centers (chakras) in the body and unblocks layers of the negative feelings and beliefs which interrupt the energy flow. Once the energy is flowing easily again you feel better, more at peace, and can begin healing, having realized and released many negative blocks and then replaced those with positive expressions of love.

What will I experience during an Energy Session?

You lay on a massage table, cradled by a soft pillow and covered with a cloth or blanket (if desired). The lighting is dim, soft music is playing and a candle is burning to create a sense of calm and peace. A tape recorder is prepared if you wish for the session to be taped; you receive the tape at the end of the session to take home with you. Everything that comes through (your personal messages from the angels) during a session is kept totally confidential and is never shared with anyone.

You then give permission for me to work on you and we begin. Angels are called in to bring the messages necessary for you at this time. I begin by touching your feet and focus on bringing divine energy into you. Within minutes you will begin to feel warmth, tingling, heaviness or similar feelings of the energy. Over the session, as I work on different areas of your body, you will feel the energy traveling through you like a current. There is no pain or discomfort in any way. You become very subdued, quiet, calm and relaxed.

Messages begin coming in to me from the angelic realm and I will softly communicate them to you. You can talk, ask questions, or reply to my questions. By the end of the session you will gain insights into yourself and your life.

Every session is different and unique, but some of these things happen during your session. A being from the other side appears to me and gives me a message for you, it can even be a beloved pet that has passed), or an angel appears or a spirit guide with a message; pictures of happenings earlier in your life appear to me to show a pattern of positive or negative behavior. Attachments to people are shown and often it is suggested that you cut the emotional cord to that attachment, whether it is to someone on earth or someone who has passed over; guidance is given of things that would be good to change in your present life; sometimes you will receive instructions to do something that will benefit your life. Everything shared in the session is to move you forward in your life so you can be happy, fulfilled and abundant.

How long is an Energy Session?

A session is approximately one hour in length but sometimes the angels continue a bit longer if it is needed. During a session I’m tuned in to the angelic realm where time doesn’t exist. However, the angels are aware of how our earth operates by time so they signal me when time to end the session.

1 hour Energy Session is $100. These can be facilitated in person or via phone.
